Starting point:
From Bled follow signposts for Gorje and Pokljuka. Drive through villages Spodnje and Zgornje Gorje and then the road starts to ascend. Go all the way up to Rudno Polje on Pokljuka and park on a large parking lot near the buildings of Slovene army and the new sports center (about 1350 m).

Description:
Turn upwards between the army building and the sports center towards the tiny 'ski resort'. After a few 100 meters you come to a small ski slope with two ski lifts. Ascend on the left side of the ski lift all the way to the top of the second ski lift. After that continue straight ahead through a steeper gully. After a short flatter section you come to a hiking signpost, which directs you slightly to the left to a steeper slope once again. Ascend a bit more and you will soon see the Viševnik summit on your right. Keep right and continue to the top in the north-west direction. Go down in the direction of the ascent.
